- Assist customers with common issues
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Provide assistance with regarding to customer service issues
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate department if required
- Escalate the call to the next level if required
- Educational qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate (No Pursuing)
- Fresher or Experience with minimum 1 year in BPO as a Customer Care role
- Basic technical skills or Computer knowledge
- Good communication Skills in English
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
