  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to
- propose and implement new ideas, processes, and technologies to enhance strategy
- effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based
- on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.

  • Should be capable of active Client Research and Revenue Generation.
  • Should be properly knowledgeable about technology.
  • Embrace positive mindset when conducting training and development sessions for the clients.
  • Should possess the ability to engage in selfdevelopment courses for personal upliftment and
- career advancement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Need to be proficient in revenue generation and client closure.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills.

Pay:
₹255, ₹321,600.00 per year
