Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver highquality lectures and interactive sessions to NEET aspirants, covering topics in Biology/Chemistry or Physics as per the NEET syllabus.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and assignments to reinforce key concepts and facilitate effective learning.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them enhance their understanding and performance.
- Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the NEET syllabus, exam pattern, and question trends to ensure that teaching materials and strategies are current and effective.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and academic leaders to develop curriculum enhancements, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data to track student progress and support academic counseling efforts.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns or questions.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other institutional activities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the overall academic excellence of the institution.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics.
- Prior experience in teaching NEET or other medical entrance examinations is highly desirable.
- Indepth knowledge of the NEET syllabus and examination pattern, with a strong grasp of fundamental concepts in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to helping them achieve their academic goals.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Willingness to adapt teaching strategies and approaches based on student needs and feedback.
Pay:
Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
