Real Estate client of Artemy requires


Asst Manager /Executives - Customer Relations

  • Be the face of Company for interacting and addressing the queries of customer by maintaining strong public relations
  • Ensure high service levels and promptness in anchoring customers after Sales from Intro till handover
  • Handle postsales starting from handling booking forms, sending welcome mail, booking confirmation.
  • Log the booking in the ERP and maintain complete database of Customer including their personal files.
  • Coordinate with the customers & reputed bankers for customers loan sanction and disbursement
  • Follow up with customers on payment dues and update all communication with the customer.
  • Work on collection targets every month and achieving the same in time
  • Ensure receipts for payments are sent on time and handle payment defaults and recovery.
  • Regular communication to customer about apt progress of project in coordination with Project team.
  • Plan and coordinate execution of various Agreements, etc.
  • Attend, Investigate and resolve customer enquiries or complaints in an empathetic manner.
  • Worked closely with Marketing and Sales, legal and Finance team to render efficient and effective service to the customers.
  • Maintain the relationship with the existing customers & generating the leads
  • Schedule the registrations. Coordinating with customers about the process, Legal team
  • To prepare necessary documents, Accounts team
  • To get the payment clearance.
  • Maintain the relationship with the existing customers & generating the leads
  • Prepare daily, Monthly, Projection report and Other MIS for the Management

Skills required

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Min 4 years of experience in Customer Relations preferably in Real Estate
  • Excellent convincing & listening skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Information Builders product offering
  • Wellorganized and target oriented.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and ERP.


Salary:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
