Should have a minimum of 1year experience as Personal Secretary.
Must be able to communicate well in English and Hindi. Tamil is also preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to handle the calls for the director as first point of contact.
Must be able to pass on messages or highlight them for the Director's attention and
- screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate.
