Your Team
Schooler drives our schools towards simplified and successful digital transformation and impact. To achieve this, the School Success Partner supports the school in technological and operational migration, and year-long support. He/she ensures accurate and customized product presentations to schools, build strong and sustained relationships, and drive retention.

School Success Partner
Responsibilities
- Build a thorough knowledge of products and benefits to schools.
- Deliver presentations to schools as part of presales, and product demos.
- Drive the postsale onboarding including product migration process, training, product adoption.
- Follow up with the customer postsale and maintain regular communication with schools to ensure their success and wellbeing with Schooler.
- Ensure retention of schools by providing excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- Graduate with clear and confident communication skills in English speaking, writing, and presentation.
- Selfstarter, ownership to design action and deliver results in new settings.
- Preferred experience in Customer Accounts management with curriculum providers, schools, and any other education business

Any Graduate

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
