Location:
BTM/Rajajinagar Bangalore (WFO)

  • Make Outbound calls to the leads provided by team lead and explain the courses offered by Tap Academy.
  • Receive Inbound calls and explain the courses offered by Tap Academy
  • Maintained a detailed tracker of the calls and present it to the lead and relevant stakeholders in the company.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the courses offered by the company.
  • Achieve enrolment and revenue targets for the monthly assigned target.
  • Handle all incoming customer queries on our courses and act as a consultant and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for our courses.
  • Identifying multiple sources to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Ability to work independently.

Salary:
₹22, ₹32,000.00 per month
