Job Responsibilities:
Buying

  • CALLING TO VENDORS AND DO THE NEGOTATIN
Arranging logistics to transport the material bought

Organizing

  • Initiating day to day activity such as arranging dispatches through loading & transportation.
Invoicing the material out using the accounting software in use.

Using2 MS Office (word, and excel) to update and maintain the information.

Communicating

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to let them know about the available material.
Attending inbound calls to sort out queries

Reporting frequently and surely end of the day about the business activities have taken place.


Key Skills & Attributes:
Computer skills across MS Office.

Good customer service skills.

Presents well to meet customers with excellent communication skills.

Good timekeeping, reliable and committed.

Highly organized and keen to learn


Salary:
₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month


Schedule:
Day shift


Ability to commute/relocate:

Delhi, Delhi:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
