We are seeking an experienced Tele caller and Counselor to join our team and contribute to our mission of nurturing future leaders.

As a Tele caller and Counselor at Bansal Classes, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and assisting aspiring students and parents in their educational journey

Your responsibilities include:

Conducting outbound calls to potential students and their parents.
Providing information about our courses, teaching methodologies, and the institute's reputation.
Addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Assisting students and parents in selecting the most suitable courses and programs.
Maintaining a database of inquiries and followups.
Coordinating with our academic team to ensure accurate and uptodate information is provided.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in tele calling and counseling, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Empathy and the ability to connect with students and parents.
Understanding of the IIT, JEE, and NEET coaching industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for education and a commitment to the success of our students.
The ability to handle both tele calling and counseling responsibilities effectively.

Salary:
₹10, ₹150,000.00 per month
