Responsibilities:

Raw Material Receipt and Inspection:

Receive incoming raw materials and verify them against purchase orders, delivery notes, or other relevant documents.
Inspect the received materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with the received materials.
Ensure all necessary documentation and labelling are completed accurately for each received batch.

Quality Control and Documentation:

Collaborate with the Quality Control team to conduct visual inspections, sample testing, or any required quality checks on incoming raw materials.
Maintain proper records of quality test results, certifications, and compliance documents associated with the received materials.
Initiate rejection or return processes for any nonconforming or substandard materials as per company procedures.
Inventory Management:
Ensure the accurate and timely entry of received raw materials into the inventory management system or database.
Collaborate with the Store Officer or Inventory Control team to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory records.

Collaboration and Communication:

Liaise with procurement teams to provide feedback on the quality and performance of suppliers.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as production, planning, and quality control teams, regarding material availability and any concerns related to incoming raw materials.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements in the receipt and storage of raw materials.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations regarding the handling, storage, and disposal of raw materials.
Stay updated on relevant industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to raw material storage and handling.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
