Description

The recruit will be instrumental in curating our product selection, actively engaging in the identification, sourcing, and development of a diverse and inventive range of accessories tailored for our sports and activewear collections.

He/She will encompass overseeing the complete buying process, including tasks such as trend analysis, negotiating with vendors, and effectively managing inventory alongside assortment planning.


Experience:


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a buying & merchandising role, within the sports or activewear industry.
  • Proven track record in apparels buying & merchandising, demonstrating successful product sourcing, development, and assortment planning.

Specific Qualities:


  • Understanding of domestic and import supplier base.
  • A keen eye for emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Detailoriented and committed to maintaining highquality standards.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
