Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Tele callers, specifically focusing on the East or West Pune region.
As a Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate listings, and scheduling appointments for our sales team within the specified area.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential clients to introduce them to our real estate services and offerings.
- Promoting available properties to interested prospects.
- Following up with leads generated through various channels.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Updating the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
