Overall nature of work


The essential nature of the work is to determine the efficacy/performance of personal care products on hair fiber substrates using various instrument-based assays.

A major portion of work involves studying the effect of products on the chemical, mechanical and optical properties of hair fiber.

Appropriate academic and/or vocational qualifications are necessary.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to,

Planning, coordination and completion of evaluations as per the SOPs.

Efficient day-to-day management of ongoing work.

Adherence to the protocol and the project plan

Data Analysis using basic statistical methods

Ensuring timely completion of projects with preparation of report(s) and information that meets appropriate internal standards.


Skills:

Knowledge in basic chemistry / physics is an advantage

Knowledge in statistics is an advantage

Good written and oral communication skills

Current applicable computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to

Work independently or collaboratively or as part of a team

Maintain accurate records for conformance with standards

Perform and manage multiple priorities effectively

Demonstrate enthusiasm and innovation when faced with challenges


Hands-on training will be given to operate various probes/instruments that are used to measure the physical and mechanical properties of hair fibers and the texture of certain types of food.


Language skill :
English(Read, write, speak)

₹20, ₹24,000.00 per month
