Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead data architecture planning and implementation to ensure Appian will integrate cleanly with existing Oscar data
Support data migration efforts to ensure historical data is maintained and surfaceable within Appian
Co-lead the technical planning and requirements gathering exercises necessary for development
Assess user requirements and communicate feasibility of implementation with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to distill complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

2+ years of software development experience
4+ years of experience developing on Appians platform
Appian Lead Developer Certification
Experience with the technical architecture of Appian at an enterprise level
Experience working in an agile environment, preferably using Jira
Experience writing custom code within Appian to support intricate business processes
Experience designing and troubleshooting advanced integrations using APIs and complex data structures
Experience with UX design
