Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Process orders in real-time and ensure timely delivery of products

Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Stay up-to-date with product information and company policies

Meet individual and team targets and goals


Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in customer support role

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively

Strong problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in night shifts (WFH)

Experience with live chat support and real-time order processing

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Familiarity with Zendesk.

Bachelor's degree preferred


Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
