Description
Job Responsibilities-
- Ensure successful execution of training needs
- Measure program training effectiveness
- Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
- Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
- Participate in Internal & External Calibrations
- Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI
- Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires' & Production StaffVery Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Customer/ Client Handling Skills
- Ability to work during all shifts
- Experience in any product/process/soft skill/upskilling training
- 1 5 years of experience in Training
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- TRAINER: 1 year (preferred)
- BPO
TRAINER:
1 year (preferred)
- Training & development: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- ENGLISH HINDI (preferred)
