Marketing Manager - Real Estate Industry

Experience: 0-4 years (Freshers are welcome)


Responsibilities:

-
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for real estate projects. Identify potential customers through market research and segmentation.

Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to present real estate offerings. Provide information on available properties and guide potential clients through the sales process.

Customer Engagement:Foster positive relationships with existing and potential clients. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Client Management:Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Coordinate property visits and meetings with clients.

Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Articulate the value proposition of real estate offerings effectively.

Advanced Excel: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and tracking. Prepare reports on key performance indicators and marketing metrics.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Knowledge of
    digital marketing trends and tools.

Salary:15, ,000 INR per month
