Description

1 Skill Requirement:

  • Experience in excel (advanced funtion) and Tally

Experience:

  • One year CA firm will be preferred

2 Job Description:

  • A. Accounts & Finance
(i) To ensure that entries are updated in Tally on daily basis

(ii) To review the monthly petty cash request of branch and recommend for release the funds after necessary approval

(iii) To ensure that s petty cash expenses are reviewed diligently before making settlement.

(iv) To ensure that quarterly reconciliation of Petty cash is done and confirmation is sent (v) To follow up with for fortninghtly settlemnet of staff travel claims (vi) To review the salary sheet and process for salary release

(vii) To review the incentive sheet and process for release

(viii) To ensure that vouchers are filed in chronological order
(ix) To ensure that all the document are filed as per the file name and the same kept in odder

(x) To provide support in preparation of budget B. Procurements

(i) To ensure that necessary approvals are taken for the items to be purchased

(ii) To collect the quotes from vendors for procurement

(iii) To prepare the comparative statement and process for approval & payments C. Administration, Information Technology & Human Resources

(i) To ensure and Check that vehicle log books are updated regularly

(ii) To update the dispatch register for outward and inward postage & courier

(iii) To ensure that vehicle insurance, pollution check are timely renewed

(iv) To ensure that rent agreements are timely renewed

(v) To ensure that payments of mobile phone, landline phone, data card, broadband & electricity are made on time

(vi) To assist in booking of air ticket/train tickets/bus tickets as & when required

(vii) To assist in booking of hotels & venues as per the requirement

(viii) To ensure the upkeep of the Office premises & Office vehicles

(ix) To ensure that Office pantry and cleaning materials are in stock

(x) To maintain the attendance sheet and Leave record

(xi) To ensure that periodic back up of computers are taken and saved in external hard drive

xii) To ensure that anti virus on computers are in working condition and timely renewed (xiii) To ensure that Tally data back up is taken on daily basis

(xiv) To recored the minutes of meets as and when required

(xv) To attend to Phone calls and the same to be properly addressed

(xvi) To go bank to submit & collect any type of documents S


Pay:
₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
