Description

Managing Drivers and Vehicles:
Allocation, shift management. Practically ensuring a driver is provided with a car and vice versa.
Chasing weekly and monthly targets per vehicle and ensuring the targets are achieved.
Responsibility for driver attrition by conceptualising and executing various schemes for the drivers.
Addressing driver grievances and handling all escalations from the core team responsible for driver engagements.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
