Job Overview:
will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to prospective clients.
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building strong client
relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company.
The executive will be responsible for selling of Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Senior Living
projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting and selling properties to prospective buyers.
- Identify and target potential buyers through various channels, including online platforms,
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs
- Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
- Prepare and present sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and
Qualifications/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
