*Job Title: Dispatch Executive - Paper Plant**Location: Shamli**Salary: INR 20, ,000 per month*Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a thriving paper plant in Shamli? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Dispatch Executive to join our team. As a Dispatch Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient coordination and management of dispatch operations within our paper plant. If you have 1-2 years of relevant experience and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you

*Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee the dispatch activities for the paper plant, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of products to customers.

Maintain proper records of dispatched goods, invoices, and other relevant documents.
Liaise with logistics partners and transporters to arrange for timely and costeffective dispatches.
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure products are readily available for dispatch.
Address and resolve any dispatchrelated issues or discrepancies.
Implement and adhere to safety protocols during the dispatch process.

*Requirements: - Proven experience as a Dispatch Executive or similar role within the paper industry for 1-2 years.

Sound knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics procedures.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices during dispatch operations.
