The Medical Documentation Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records, supporting efficient healthcare delivery and compliance with required protocols.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Organize and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring proper documentation of patient encounters and medical histories.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct audits and quality assessments of medical records to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to coding and billing guidelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of documentation policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Remove reports for review and analysis
- Track health trends and report.
Qualifications:
- BHMS, BAMS or related fields.
- Medical Transcriptionist
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field.
Salary:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
