Description

JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

Raising client PORs and do receipting in Ariba and Oracle tools.
Maintain tracker of every PRs.
Ad hoc Facility PR and follow approval process as advised.
Custodian of all client documents

Given share point access.

Client general activities support.

Attending Corrigo trainings and get updated on changes/new ways of works etc.
Interacting with Corrigo team and extends required data and support.
Provide Corrigo Access and training to any new JLL Staff.
Corrigo Audit

Every Month

Housekeeping activity

Asset, activity upload all PM and RW schedules.

Meet Global KPI on tickets.
Update any new ways of working on corrigo system to the JLL Operations team.
Maintain work order tracker.
Respond to any queries timely manner.

Coordinate with site operations team on indents.
Coordination with finance team for Vendor payments.
Requesting proposals/quotations, vendor coordination.
Prepare JLL POR for PAN India CommScope Sites

Regular and Ad hoc.

Issue POs (interacting with JDE team) to the vendor and ensure timely manner of invoice submission in CAAPS tool.
Coordination with vendors on contracts execution.
Maintain CAAPS Invoice tracker.
Ensure timely closure of all open POs in coordination with ops team.
Custodian of all vendor quotes, POs and contracts.
Work with regional procurement manager for all procurement activities support.
