Job Summary:

As a Logistics Coordinator at insdieFPV, you will play a key role in managing the packaging and dispatching of our products.

You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that orders are processed accurately, packaged securely, and dispatched promptly.

Attention to detail, organization, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibility:

Coordinate the packaging and labeling of products according to customer orders and shipping requirements.
Oversee the preparation of shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and customs forms.
Ensure that packaging materials are stocked and replenished as needed to meet production demands.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to schedule and prioritize order fulfillment activities.
Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and place orders with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
Inspect outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, condition, and compliance with shipping standards.
Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Track and update shipment status, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to packaging, shipping, or delivery in a timely manner.
Maintain records of packaging materials, shipping activities, and performance metrics.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices in packaging and shipping operations.
