Manage EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS & BUSINESS ASSOCIATES to build and operate seamlessly & sustainably

RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan & Execute to achieve business targets

Strong Team management skills:
Recruit, train, manage and orchestrate into a cohesive team in delivering the targets with integrity

Organize, plan and prioritize all F&B operations for efficient delivery of customer experience excellence.

Internal audit of operations ensuring integrity - both process and financial, of the operations

Being the face of the organization to the external agencies; liaison with public and legal authorities to ensure good will and business continuity and ensuring no risks to business;

Being a team player, taking ownership of function and business, striving for excellence in the performance of tasks and responsibilities through training and orchestrating the team.

Be abreast with the market and offerings ensuring that the business is ahead of competition in offering service and customer satisfaction.

Plan events calendar and manage internal and social media outreach to make the event a success and memorable to patrons;

Vendor / service provider evaluation for their service delivery.

Salary:
₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
