Description

Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.

Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring that design solutions meet their goals and expectations.

Stay up to date with design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.

Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring all design work adheres to the established standards.

Select and manipulate images, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements to enhance the overall design and message.

Create and edit graphics using various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure the accurate production of materials.

Work within established project timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.

Present design concepts and ideas to clients and team members, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.

Maintain organized digital and physical files of design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials, including advertisements, banners, flyers, and social media content.

Participate in brainstorming and creative strategy sessions to contribute innovative design ideas.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and web developers, to execute integrated campaigns.

Occasionally, create and update visual content for company websites, ensuring a user-friendly and visually engaging online presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics may be beneficial for some positions.
A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles is essential.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
