About the Role
Incumbent shall be responsible for managing the compliance and secretarial functions of the group companies.

Your key qualifications & competencies:
- Must be qualified Company Secretary with 2 to 5 years' of relevant experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong inclination to work in a startup to scaleup organization with a blend of handson and managerial approach.
- Commercial and business understanding; meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Salary:
₹500, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
