Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.

Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store's brand, products, and target market.
Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and instore displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose.
Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.
Price Benchmarking report based on the market visit.
Must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated work experience as a visual merchandiser or a fresher interested in a marketing profession.
MS Office Suite proficiency.
Practical expertise in the newest trends and ideal procedures in visual merchandising.
The ability to examine survey data and sales merchandising reports.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Convenient working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Able to move entire stores across the State and other states as needed.
Languages must know to speak: English, Kannada & Hindi.
