Responsibilities:

Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally & provide information about products/services take/cancel orders.
Keep records of customer interactions/transactions, details of inquiries, complaints/comments, as well as actions taken.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
Knowledge about Software like (CRM database, Aircall) Or else.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication in English.
Ability to maintain composure, focus, and accuracy in a hectic work schedule.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Should have good communication skills
Verbal and written.

Qualification:
Bachelors in any stream
(Fluent English is mandatory)

Experience required:1+years in the IT Field

Shift Duration:8.5 hours (Morning/ Day/ Night Shift Available) (WFH)

IT Background
