Job Profile - CSE - Customer Service Executive

  • To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
  • Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
  • To provide the best resolution to the customers.
  • Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
  • Meet the customer's requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.

Qualification: 10+2 and Above


Good Communication Skill (Verbal & Written) - MI
Basic Computer Knowledge


Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours - Night, Noon, Day - Business Requirement

6 Days working

Ready to Relocate - Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹21, ₹30,000.00 per month
