to Manage Customer Dealings and Meetings.

in Troubleshooting issues raised by Customer.

Network Security ( Acl,Vpn) Network Management (Qos,Wireless) Configuration and troubleshooting of IPv4 and IPv6

Technical Operations/L1 and L2 support
Pro-actively Customer Dealings, Troubleshooting issues raised by Customer in Hospitality Services


S K I L L
Troubleshooting of Printer,Share

  • Drives,Outlook,Sharepoint Etc.
Hands on Experience of User
Management on Active Directiory, Office 365,IT
Glue,Azure Managing Server ( ILO,ESXI) and Interfaces (PMS,OXI, KEY Cutting) Devices,Software installation (Tiles,Opera )

Proficient in ticket system such as Connectwise,Manage portal Installation and troubleshooting of new devices ( workgroup and
Domain)
