Roles and Responsibilities

  • To identify, source and secure both long term and short term B2B business opportunities.
  • To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer base in accordance with the sales strategy defined in GO TO Market plan.
  • To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectation is met.
  • To manage daytoday sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
  • To support the operation team, technical team and online marketing team by providing customer feedback.
  • To develop good client relationship.
  • To assist with debt collection.
  • B2B IT sales experience with IT department across industries.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
  • Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the clients.
  • Timely followup on all the service and software lead opportunities
  • Ability to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets.

Education

  • UG: BE, B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc. or any other Graduate
  • PG: Preferred an MBA in Sales & Marketing

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹38, ₹100,000.00 per month
