Performance Marketing - Remote, India - The Hub Ops
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct extensive keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
- Track campaign metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), etc.
- Continuously analyze data trends and identify opportunities for campaign optimization through A/B testing or other strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, developers, etc., to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in performance marketing techniques/tools and implement best practices accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO principles is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write compelling ad copies that resonate with target audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
