Qualification - Any graduate
Experience - 3+ years
Location - Mumbai
The Executive Assistant to CEO will work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties and support the CEO in day to day activities in the pursuit of establishing strong systems across the Company.
The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Level 2 and Level 3 Management staff on behalf of the CEO for daily update about the work
- Send calendar invites and correspondence, and route accordingly
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for CEO for partnership with Financial Institution
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries of CEO and assist CEO in claiming expenses in HR systems
- Respond to customer complaint which are being rooted to CEO after discussion with the appropriate team
- Assist HR& admin department in arranging employee engagement programmed on behalf of the Senior Management.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Prepare and collate various MIS, presentations as and when required by the Reporting Manager
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Salary:
₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
