Roles and Responsibilities:


One Field Officer would be responsible for all the coordination with PPs for referrals, testing and notification of TB patients.

FOs are the key project delivery staff and made responsible for project operations at assigned geography/facilities.


He/she will coordinate with SCT Agents of concerned on daily basis for testing of individuals with TB like symptoms, and notification of new TB cases detected and linking those TB patients with Treatment Coordinator for treatment adherence and follow-up services.


Educational Qualification:


He/She would be from 10+2 background with 1-2 years experience in working in NGO, private hospital set up or any health related projects.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata,

West Bengal:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
