Strategic Business Unit (SBU) - Corporate Legal & Transaction Advisory

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
To assist, develop and execute work in corporate legal and transaction advisory. It is a client facing business function.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts.
Conducting legal due diligence for companies.
Experience in Transaction advisory.
Advising startups in venture capital transactions and assisting them with all the documentation for fund raising and working on the closure of transaction.
Understanding the legal requirements of the client and putting up the proposal specific to their ask.
Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, investment agreements, and other ancillary documents as a part of the Investment deal.
