Extremely good in land documentation, compliance, CLU / Policies and related due diligence of land.

  • Land Inspection and Verification of documents. Land Use Change related compliances
  • Arrange all related approvals for project commencement from Govt offices and statutory bodies.


  • MIS reporting

  • Land related progress.


  • Project Budgets

  • Seek related approvals from Management and govt offices
  • Ensure Timely resolution of objections and clarifications from Govt Agencies.
  • Liasion with HUDA, DTCP, GMDA, Fire Dept, NHAI, PWD Etc.
  • Relationship with state level nodal agencies.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon District, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Revenue management: 3 years (preferred)
