Job Title:
Shoot Coordinator

Salary - Varies/ Depends as per the project


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of photo and video shoots, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Organise and schedule talent, crew, and equipment, considering logistics and timelines.
  • Secure necessary permits, locations, and props for each shoot.
  • Oversee on-set activities, directing the team to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the shoot.
  • Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimise project outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of productions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ethical standards throughout the shooting process.
  • Post shoot coordination of shortlisted images
  • Selecting and setting timelines for edited images and videos
  • Creating folders in HO drive for easy access
  • Coordination for lookbooks/ catalogues design, sampling and development.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹5, ₹20,000.00 per week
