We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team.

In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products or services.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our products or services.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a teamoriented environment.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a targetdriven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
