Position:
Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Demonstrate a customercentric approach in handling all interactions.
- Document conversations and resolutions accurately.
- Identify and manage customer escalations appropriately.
- Utilize strong reasoning and logical skills to analyze situations and provide suitable responses.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Graduates (Fresher/Experienced)
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
- Strong problemsolving abilities.
Requirements:
- Work schedule: 6 days with rotational offs.
- Operating hours: Rotational day shifts from 8 am to 8 pm.
- Shift duration: 9hour and 8hour production shifts.
- Proficient in Hindi and English languages.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹14, ₹21,945.85 per month
