Position:
Customer Support Representative


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Demonstrate a customercentric approach in handling all interactions.
  • Document conversations and resolutions accurately.
  • Identify and manage customer escalations appropriately.
  • Utilize strong reasoning and logical skills to analyze situations and provide suitable responses.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Graduates (Fresher/Experienced)
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.

Requirements:


  • Work schedule: 6 days with rotational offs.
  • Operating hours: Rotational day shifts from 8 am to 8 pm.
  • Shift duration: 9hour and 8hour production shifts.
  • Proficient in Hindi and English languages.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹14, ₹21,945.85 per month
