Job Description:
Experience of deploying and working AppD for different technologies and platforms. Experience on Configuration and customization AppD solution that include integration with other tools. Involve in projects needing AppD solution from inception to complete implementation. End-to-end execution migration and implementation of AppD solutions on complex customer environments

On-Prem/Cloud/SAAS/Hybrid Cloud.

Must be able understand the requirements from the client and the engineering team & work hands-on to get the end results. Root cause analysis of issues and documentation & Incident prevention with proactive alerts and monitoring. Expertise in IT Infrastructure or Applications or networking performance monitoring tool configuration implementation and/or usage. Expertise working with linux servers and databases. Expertise in Service Now and ITIL Process.
