Immediate Joiner

  • Greet & welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at office
  • Good communication skills.
  • Maintain attendance register of employees
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person
  • Answer, screen & forward incoming calls
  • Provide, sort & distribute daily deliveries & maintain its record
  • Ensure reception area is tidy & presentable with all necessary stationary & material (e.g pens, forms & brochures)
  • Need to manage Reception Day to day activity
  • Coordination with all Staff and Factory etc

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
