Job Title:
Experienced Microbiologist

We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable microbiologist with a degree in microbiology and at least 2.5 years of experience in biofertilizer and agriculture-related work.

Responsibilities:

Conducting microbial analysis of various soil samples and identifying microorganisms present in the soil.
Performing indepth research on microbial organisms and their effects on soil.
Conducting experiments on microorganisms and their interactions with plants.
Collaboration with the agricultural team to develop and produce biofertilizers.
Monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment.
Collecting and analyzing soil data to provide insights on soil health.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in microbiology or related field is required.
At least 2.5 years of experience in biofertilizer and agriculturerelated work.
Proficiency in laboratory practices, including techniques for microbial isolation and culture.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and analyze data.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical laboratory findings to the agricultural research team.
