Customer Service Associate

Location:
Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad

Requirements:


  • Any Graduate, preferable science background
  • Freshers or experienced both are welcome with good communication skills
  • Good communication in English and costumer interaction skills required
  • Responsible to handle Inbound or Outbound calls and provide customer support
  • Solving the queries of customer, fix there appointment with doctor schedule
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Anticipate customers needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
