Manage the Vehicle fleet, including regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs:

Ensure that all Vehicle meet safety standards and regulatory requirements:

Driver and

Helper Supervision:
Recruit, train, and supervise Night Service bus drivers and helpers

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
:

Enforce safety protocols and adherence to traffic laws

Conduct safety drills and training sessions for both drivers

Communication:Maintain open communication with Management and Drivers

Emergency Response:
Develop and implement emergency response procedures for vehicle-related incidents

Recordkeeping:Maintain accurate records of vehicle routes, driver schedules, and maintenance activities, Tax Invoices

Prepare reports on Bus performance and metrics

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in transportation services

Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of Vehicle operations.
