We have 4 opening for the position Registered Nurse for a highly Reputed Hospital in Kochi

Direct Patient Care based on Nursing Process:
Assess the vital signs, height, weight and pain
Utilizes techniques of observation, interview, measurement and focused physical examination as indicated.
Commences discharge planning as soon as it is feasible in cooperation with doctor, patient and significant others.
Setting priorities in the delivery of care and assist the patient as needed.
Delegates and supervise nursing care delivered by junior Staff Nurses.
Collect the specimen as ordered and label the sample by correct patient identification.
Assist in complete health checkup in wellness area
Assist in any diagnostic or therapeutic procedures as needed
Coordinates care delivered by other health professionals.
To identify unsafe care practices and contribute to corrective action.
Adheres to the hospital policies.
Participates in the hospital quality improvement program.
Maintains confidentiality of patients information.
Adheres to the safety protocols of the hospital and ensures safety of the patients.
Guides and supervises the work of nurse associate.
Delegates tasks to the nurse associate and other health care assistants rationally.
Works in accordance with the NABH and JCIA standards.
Works collaboratively and support efforts of team members.
To attend nursing meetings on a regular basis.
To maintain current trends in nursing practice and management through formal education and selfdevelopment efforts.
