The Role
This is a mid-level role, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows:


Purpose:

To ensure accuracy of accounts & balances across the group.

The key expectations of the role:

  • Maintaining accurate books of accounts.
  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
  • Ensuring accuracy of balance through reconciliation.
  • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies of various FPCs (Farmer Producer Companies) across several states.
  • Stock management in all Locations.

Competencies required:

Knowledge, skills, attitude:

_Knowledge_
Essential

  • Strong working knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of compliances
  • TDS, GST
  • Working knowledge of Tally-ERP.
  • Experience of carrying out financial audit & report writing
  • Experience of Financial Management

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.
  • An analytical mind.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Critical thinking & problem solving skills.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

The Individual:
(education and experience)
Essential

  • B. Com/ M. Com
  • 3+ years' experience in similar position.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Desirable

  • An MBA in Finance.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
