Description


This role promotes food product sales and will lead the concerned team in seeking and closing sales opportunities for B&B Organics.

Building a strong customer base is the core of the job.

The role acts as a bridge between customers and all the other departments involved in product development.


What are we looking for?

  • Strong knowledge of Digital media sales (Amazon, Flipkart, etc., ) and SEO.
  • Preferred Bachelor'/Masters' degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG (Experience in the Food sector is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills to influence customers and sell well.
  • Assertive nature to negotiate.
  • Should be able to work and accomplish targets set by the management.
  • Must be available to work on weekends and holidays if the situation arises.
  • Efficiency in using MS Suite is mandatory.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (Additional languages are a plus).
  • Having a driver's license and personal vehicle to commute is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implementing and developing sales plans to achieve the desired objective for our food products.
  • Showcase efficiency in capturing and converting online customer traffic into viable sales by cultivating the requirement for customers to buy our products.
  • Managing and developing sales and marketing operational budgets.
  • Attain profit/loss ratio and market share with respect to current industry standards and trends.
  • Plan, develop, and recommend product packaging, positioning, pricing strategy and business plan to achieve the highest possible market growth.
  • Attend trade fairs, and conferences to identify prospective customers.
  • Developing new business by analyzing market intelligence database and also following leads from existing customers.
  • Be present at trade fairs to promote company products and prospects.
  • Ensuring efficient control to achieve market objectives within designated budgets.
  • Setting performance goals and directing sales forecast activities accordingly.
  • Handle multiple online platforms and generate new sales ideas.
  • Preparation of periodic sales reports to showcase potential sales, sales volume, and proposed arenas for client base expansion.
  • Periodic review and analyses of sales performance against targets to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Attend all sales meetings and training programs.
  • Attend all customer queries and calls as required and clarify the same on an immediate basis.
