Job description Post Legal

At least one year of real estate experience is mandatory.

  • Attending customer quires.
  • Interacting with customer's advocate in finalization of sale
agreements, sale deeds and their quires.

  • Knowledge in drafting of Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds.
  • Coordinating with Bank Panel Advocates for obtaining legal opinion
for project approvals.

  • Handling queries raised by customers/advocates with regard to
projects.

  • Knowledge of effective file management.
  • Knowledge on RERA Rules of Karnataka.
  • Complete Registration work in any sub registrar offices in Karnataka.

Salary:
₹350,000.00 per year
