Experience:


  • 2 to 3 years' experience in D2C preferred

Skills required:


  • CRMs.
  • FreshDesk, Fresh Sales, Zendesk, or Capture.
  • Be a quickly learner to learn about our products.
  • Be a trouble shooter.
  • Willing to work on some Sundays (customer care roles require 7 day availability).
  • Rolling working
  • Graduate not necessary. Just be able to communicate effectively.
Closer to office preferred (residence) - South Mumbai


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
